Your celebration is the only event on the property, and every space below is included, working together from first arrival to last dance.
The Grand Hall
The Grand Hall is the centerpiece of the property. The restored timber frame rises over a room of warm wood, natural light, and built-in architectural lighting, with space for up to 275 guests. Flexible and refined, our expansive Grand Hall is laid out so the celebration never needs to pause or change rooms; ceremony, dinner, and dancing simply move with you. When an outdoor ceremony needs a covered plan, the Grand Hall is the elegant answer.
The Grounds
Ten peaceful acres surround the venue, framed by mature trees and a small lake that catches the late-afternoon light. Ceremonies take place near the water’s edge, under the trees, or across the open lawn. Every backdrop feels organic and timeless, made for photographs that don’t need filters or staging. Secluded and charming, yet less than an hour from Charlotte.
The Terrace
Wrapping the front and side of the Grand Hall, the Terrace is a broad wooden deck framed by black iron railing and a wall of trees just beyond it. It works as a second ceremony location, with room for full guest seating against the wooded backdrop, and just as easily as the cocktail hour setting, where guests step straight out of the hall to high-top tables in the open air. The covered entry porch keeps a shaded corner in play, wide steps connect it to the drive below, and the hall’s floor-to-ceiling windows keep the two spaces connected all evening, indoors and out.
The Bridal Suite
Your day begins here. Our private getting-ready suite offers natural light, comfortable seating, and space to breathe, whether that’s hair and makeup, pre-ceremony champagne, or a few quiet minutes before everything begins.
The Groom’s Lounge
Navy walls over wood wainscoting, a dark tin ceiling, and leather chesterfields set the tone, with a TV for the game, a poker table stocked with chips and cards, and a sideboard ready to pour. It’s a low-lit, unhurried room to spend the hours before the ceremony with your best people.
The Cellar
Tucked beneath the Grand Hall, The Cellar feels like a hidden speakeasy with rich wood, soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a beautiful full bar. It’s the perfect setting for cocktail hour, a rehearsal dinner, an intimate wedding, or a private event—moody, inviting, and designed to feel like a secret worth finding.
