The Vision Behind the Build
A Charlotte-Area Venue Designed with Faith and Intention
Husband and wife Steve and Andreea Szasz are the hands and hearts behind The Grand. With backgrounds in building and hospitality, they saw the potential in a forgotten timber hall and began restoring it beam by beam.
The goal was never to build the largest wedding venue near Charlote, but the most intentional one. A space that honors craftsmanship, invites presence, and reflects the kind of hospitality that lasts long after the day ends.

Builder and designer. After years of creating custom homes across the Carolinas, Steve brings structure, precision, and quiet excellence to every element of The Grand.
Andreea Szasz
Creative director and heart of hospitality. Andreea has spent years designing experiences that make people feel welcomed and at ease. Her eye for beauty and belief in warmth shape the soul of the venue.
