The Vision Behind the Build
A Charlotte-Area Venue Designed with Faith and Intention
Husband and wife Steve and Andreea Szasz are the hands and hearts behind The Grand. With backgrounds in building and hospitality, they saw the potential in a forgotten timber hall and began restoring it beam by beam.
The goal was never to build the largest wedding venue near Charlote, but the most intentional one. A space that honors craftsmanship, invites presence, and reflects the kind of hospitality that lasts long after the day ends.
Steve Szasz
Entrepreneur & Real Estate Pro, with a lifelong passion for land, architecture, and thoughtful design. Over the years, Steve has founded and led multiple businesses with his hands-on approach to bring vision to reality.
The Grand Venue represents the culmination of Steve’s experience and his belief that great places are intentionally designed to bring people together.
Andreea Szasz
Creative director with a heart of Hospitality. Andreea spent years in the restaurant business, hosting and preparing experiences that make people feel welcome and appreciated!
Her eye for beauty and attention to detail shape the soul of the venue.
